COOPERATION

For a few years we have been executing research and development projects, mainly in the field of transport infrastructure engineering and environment protection.

OBJECTIVE

The aim to get involved in the R&D projects is the increase in the innovativeness of our services and products and the increase in sales, as well as implementing innovative materials, structures and technologies into Polish infrastructure construction industry.

 

SCIENTIFIC COOPERATION

We are collaborating not only with Polish universities, but also with foreign partners and universities. We are doing both Polish projects, co-funded by NCBiR (National Centre of Research and Development), as well international projects, cofunded by the EU within 7FP or H2020.

Com-bridge Innovative bridge made of FRP composites

The project is being done within Demontrator+ programme, co-funded by the National Centre of Research and Development. The project is being executed by the consortium of:

  • Mostostal Warszawa S.A.
  • Politechnika Warszawska
  • Promost Consulting
  • Politechnika Rzeszowska.

The aim of the project is to design, execute and carry out a comprehensive research of a demonstrative bridge made of FRP composites.

Bridge in 3 months

The project has been realised within the programme Technological Initiative I, co-funded by the National Centre of Research and Develeopment. The research-and-development project No KB/117/14030/IT1-B/U/08, called "Bridge in 3 Months", funded by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education. The project executor was the consortium of:

  • PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe SA seated in Cracow
  • Intop Tarnobrzeg Sp. z o.o.
  • Promost Consulting. 

The aim of the project was to design and build a bridge over the Poprad river in order to replace the old bridge damaged by the flood.

The project has been executed within the 7th Frame Project, co-funded by the EC (task verification Work Package 4: Flexible construction techniques for new bridges, including the use of composites in bridge construction).
